I’ve got a sweet tooth, no ifs ands or but’s about it. I’m always looking for new and now healthy ways to satisfy it. This idea came to me as I was editing photo’s.
1 whole grain / low carb tortilla (I use the Trader Joes whole wheat Low carb w/ 4 net carbs)
2 Tbls PB2 Peanut Butter or Chocolate Peanut Butter (I used the chocolate) mixed with 1 Tbls water
1 tsp coconut oil
Throw a teaspoon of coconut oil in a small pan and melt. Put your tortilla in the pan and “fry” on one side until crispy. Flip it over and do it again to the other side. Remove the tortilla to a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with the PB2 mixture and banana’s. Voila! Love this Advocare Friendly Recipe and it definitely hits the sweet tooth spot!!!
Healthy Peanut Butter & Banana Pizza – Advocare Friendly
It’s the night before my 24 Day Challenge begins! I’m excited to see how this challenge is going to ultimately be the beginning of a new me, I’m nervous, but mainly grateful for the people who have introduced me to AdvoCare. It is already beginning to change my life.
I weigh in and measure at 7 am with Coach Cara. I don’t EVER want to see those numbers again after tomorrow. I want them to be gone forever and I am finally confident that once and for all, through hard work, the love and support of family friends and “AdvoFamily” that I can do it.
Today I prepared my cleanse products for the first 10 days. I made a large zipper bag with what I would need for each day and a slip of paper telling when I would need to do each thing. The cleanse phase is fairly detailed, but if you keep yourself organized, it’s not bad, and it’s only 10 days of the 24! Gotta get rid of all that crap (literally and figuratively) in my body. I’d love to share the PDF of how I got organized for the challenge and it includes the print outs that you can use to put in each bag.
