What do you do with REALLLY Ripe Pears? You Make Dessert! I had 3 pears left out of a big bag of very sweet pears that were about 2 weeks old. I decided to try a little experiment.
3 Pears, Peeled, Cored, & Sliced
1 Tsp Coconut Oil
1 Tsp All Spice
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Packet Stevia or Splenda
Throw all of the ingredients into a pan on medium heat. Saute’ until the sauce becomes a beautiful bubbly caramel color. Divide into 2 Bowls and ENJOY! These were so good I could have licked the bowl! A very “AdvoFriendly” recipe, too!!! You can have this on the cleanse phase but omit the Stevia/Splenda!
